About Our Staff

Life is all about choices, and those choices can be terrifying, overwhelming, and may even seem impossible at times. I took the road less traveled and had the honor of working as a teacher, a 911 dispatcher, a crisis counselor, and now in my dream job as a Licensed Professional Counselor. 

I've had the privilege to have a wide range of experiences working with a wide range of individuals, but found common themes and passions along the way which culminated in two important realizations:

2. I'm very comfortable getting down in the deep, dark, icky places people don't like to talk about. 

I understand trauma, despair, hopelessness, and feeling so broken you can't imagine ever being whole again, let alone happy.  I can't guarantee happiness, but I can promise you that I'll always be willing to listen with empathy, positive regard, no judgment, and with the goal to help you get to where you want to go in life.  I don't believe in lost causes, too late, or too broken.  If you're willing to share your story with me, I'd love to be a part of your support system.
