Where Is Your Office Located?

Right now, we are only seeing clients remotely via telehealth.  This means that we can serve you no matter where you are in Texas.  You can talk to your therapist from the comfort of your home, office, car, or anywhere else that is private and comfortable for you!

Do You Accept Insurance?

At this time, we are able to accept some insurance plans in Texas only: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare. For residents of Colorado and Florida, we can provide a superbill to submit for possible insurance reimbursement.

How Does Telehealth Work?

Telehealth technology has been available for several years now, but was in its infancy in terms of being adopted for widespread use.  COVID-19 changed this, as clinicians looked for creative solutions in order to continue providing services to clients in a safe, socially-distanced manner.  Telehealth allows for a safe, secure, HIPAA-compliant video conference platform that you can access from a computer, a tablet, or most smart phones.  This also allows you the freedom to choose any counselor who is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.  Other benefits include saving time, travel expenses, and you don't even have to wear real pants.

What's Up with Your Logo?

We couldn't think of a better mascot for those who hide their true selves from others out of fear of being misunderstood or even being called a "monster" than ol' Nessie herself.
