Crisis Support

We all need help sometimes.  Often, the hardest steps are knowing where to go for help, and asking for and accepting that help.  Below are some resources that are available 24/7 at no cost to you, and you can be as anonymous as you'd like.

Important: If you or someone you know are at risk of harming themselves or others, or if there is an emergency please call 911.
